About Echeveria Dusty Rose
Echeveria Dusty Rose is a stunning succulent plant known for its captivating beauty. The plant has large, thick leaves that are loosely arranged and can reach up to 8 inches in diameter. The leaves are covered with a powdery coating called farina and can exhibit a range of hues from pink to purple. During the spring and summer, tall flower stalks emerge, adorned with lovely pink bell-shaped flowers that add even more charm to this already beautiful plant.
How to care for Echeveria Dusty Rose
Sun/Temperature: Echeveria Dusty Rose loves abundant sunlight, ideally partial to total sun exposure, to maintain its leaves' healthy blue or blue-green coloration. During summer, avoid exposing the plant to strong direct sunlight. The temperature should range between 65-80°F to support its growth and development. In winter, it should be moved indoors when temperatures drop below 30°F.
Soil/Watering: Use well-draining succulent soil to foster healthy growth. After each watering, allow the soil to dry completely to prevent root rot. During winter, reduce watering frequency to adjust to lower temperatures and increased humidity.
Pot: Choose a pot with adequate ventilation and ample drainage holes at the bottom to prevent water from accumulating. High-quality pots promote healthy plant growth and provide sufficient root ventilation.
Propagation: Echeveria Dusty Rose can be propagated through leaf cuttings. Picking healthy leaves then let the wounds dry, and then insert them into dry soil, waiting for them to root.
